Built for bloggers, hotels, guesthouses, travel agencies and anyone writing about Japan.
If your readers plan a trip to Tokyo, Hakone or the Fuji Five Lakes, a live visibility card answers the question they all ask: can I see Mount Fuji today? Paste one line of code into any blog post or sidebar and the card updates itself every hour with real weather data.
A static photo of Mount Fuji tells visitors nothing about their own trip. A live widget gives them a reason to come back: before they book, the week they travel and the morning they head to Kawaguchiko Station. Sites that answer "is Fuji visible right now" keep visitors longer and get saved as a favourite.
There is no account, no API key and no cost. Copy the shortcode, paste it into WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Ghost or plain HTML, and you are done. The widget loads lazily so it does not slow your page down, and it works on mobile and desktop.
The photo card suits blog sidebars and hotel pages. The square fits narrow columns. The wide banner works as a leaderboard above articles or in a header. The homepage card shows the full picture: score, weather, sunrise and a three-hour forecast. All four carry Mt Fuji Today branding and link back to this site for the latest data.
We combine live weather observations from the Mount Fuji area with cloud cover, humidity and visibility models, then calculate a 0 to 100 visibility score. The same score powers our live visibility forecast and live cameras, so what your readers see matches what we see.
