About this viewpoint

The Mishima Sky Walk is a 400 meter pedestrian suspension bridge with an unobstructed view across the valley to Mount Fuji. The site also has ziplines, a forest cafe and a long observation terrace if visibility drops.

Beyond the bridge

The Long Zip Slide, Sky Garden flower hall and a Forest Adventure ropes course fill a half day. The K-Hut cafe has Fuji facing seating.

Combine with Hakone

Mishima sits at the base of the Hakone ridge. Many visitors do Hakone in the afternoon after a clear morning Sky Walk crossing.

Photographer tips

  • Cross the bridge twice, the return view is the better composition.
  • Combine with Mishima Taisha shrine in the town below.
  • Zipline tickets sell out on weekends, book ahead.
