Altitude
Take it slow
You will gain roughly 1500 m in under an hour by bus. Spend at least 30-60 minutes acclimatising before starting any walk. Headache, dizziness or nausea are common - sit, drink water and descend if it does not pass. Toddlers and people with heart conditions should be especially careful.
